  Web Service Interface to Managed Care IVR Application
QSoft led the design and development of a Web Service based interface to an enterprise, Integrated Voice Response application for a leading provider of medical management software. The project involved integrating the IVR application with an existing application that processes transactions for Managed Care organizations. The project was developed with Java, Servlets, and Apache SOAP. The architecture included a custom socket interfaface to the IVR Server. Our responsibilities included Analysis and architecture design, Web Service development, and integration with existing application. Development tools include IBM WebSphere Application Developer, Apache SOAP, Castor, and XML Spy.

  Web Service Interface to enterprise Internet Managed Care Application
QSoft is currently leading the design and development of a Web Service based extension to an enterprise, Internet application for a leading provider of medical management software. The application is deployed in an ASP environment and supports Referral and Pre-Certification transactions for multiple Managed Care organizations. The project was originally developed with Java, EJBs, JSPs, Servlets, HTML and JavaScript to run on IBM WebSphere. The architecture included WebMethods ActiveWorks, Netegrity SiteMinder, Netscape LDAP Server, Cache and Oracle, all running on SUN Solaris. The current project will add a Web Service based extension to allow third parties to submit Referral and Pre-Certification transactions without interaction with the JSP user interface. Our responsibilities include Analysis and architecture design, Web Service development, and integration with existing application. Development tools include IBM WebSphere Application Developer, Apache AXIS, Castor, and XML Spy.
